After reading your email, I have to honestly say I am utterly and completely blown away, not to mention truly honored by your desire to be custom fit. I’ve driven across Utah into California in past years so I know the road and the wide open scenery. To think that you and your friend did this just to be custom fit is truly amazing to me and I am totally humbled. Wow.
I can definitely agree with your assessment of the guys at Two Rivers in Sacto. They truly are a superb example of what REAL custom fitting is and should be all about. I wish that every clubmaker were as committed to offering golfers the same type of fitting experience as are Scott and Jim. Many are, and more are becoming that way all the time as we keep pushing the facts to golfers about custom being better than buying standard, off the rack.
Thanks again so much for taking the time to write – you have no idea how much this blew me away to receive your email.

The Two Rivers Golf "Hole in One Club"
Because of our latest incredible story we have now created a Two Rivers Golf "Hole In One Club." A few months ago Leah Heine signed up for a few coaching sessions with Doug. After 4 sessions she called from a golf course in Hawaii having just hit her first 45 on 9 holes. A few weeks later she picked up her Two Rivers custom clubs and immediately set out to the golf course with Doug and her mother. Leah shoots a birdie on the first hole and then the first time she pulls out her magic 7 iron, hits a hole in one! Leah's Hole in One was published in the Sacramento Bee: 3/28/2008, 116 yards, 7 iron, Antelope Greens.
The following week I noticed that Brent Takemoto had made a 173 yard hole in One at Northridge Country Club . The wild thing about this was that Brent had purchased the very first set of irons from our golf shop 5 years ago. He had just stopped by for a club check up in which we fine tuned his clubs!
Harry Cohen has made 2 hole in ones on Two Rivers Golf clubs!

If you recall, I told you about a hole in one I had at the Ridge in Auburn on # 17 last year. It was awesome, still can replay the shot in my head like it was yesterday !
Congrats Tom... thanks for the reminder!!!
Marvin Hopper,
Actually, I did. Last spring at Morro Bay hole #10, 171 yards with a 7 iron.
Hop
Keith Gault hit a hole in one with his friends, however, they said it doesn't count officially because he hit it from the blue tees when they playing their round from the white tees. (It sounds like the club did it's job - the rest is up to the golf course)
Lyn Athey also recently hit a hole in one!
Richard Drawbert too! congrats!
Mike Allen of MP Allen Construction.
just to name a few...
Congrats to all of you! Now we are very curious as to how many Two Rivers Golfers have made a hole in one since playing with their new stix. At any rate we have become acustomed to everyday miracles from golfers who are playing in our opinion the absolute best in clubs - magic stix!
Call us or email us with your success stories --- and thank you for your continued support. - Scott

I'll have to choose a new goal.. it only took a few lessons... wasn't sure about how to deal with a whale jumping ... lots more...
Congrats and Welcome to the Hole in One Club.
Heres a new posting in response to our April 2011 newsletter:
Hi Scott, Actually, I did hit a hole in one at Poppy Hills on the second hole using my #4 hybrid. Glad to hear you are doing well. Sincerely, Plo Villere
Congrats and well done Plo!
